In accordance with the requirement of Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), MEDLAB MEDIA GROUP SL informs of the following data:
By merely accessing DeepAIMed, the user expresses his/her full acceptance, without reservations, of the conditions of this legal notice, which may be modified by MEDLAB MEDIA GROUP SL S. L. at any time. The simple use of the platform implies the acceptance of these changes without the need to notify the user. In any case, MEDLAB MEDIA GROUP SL S. Description of the service:
DeepAIMed is a medical content search engine based on artificial intelligence created from a wide range of reliable and relevant information sources for physicians, health professionals and the general public. These relevant search results are obtained through conceptual relationships created from artificial intelligence algorithms, natural language processing, image recognition and other advanced technologies developed by MEDLAB MEDIA GROUP SL. DeepAIMed has content in both English and Spanish for 6 different types of sources: dictionaries, news, calculators, scientific articles, pharmacological guidelines and clinical guidelines and protocols.
The objective is to provide the global community with a search engine for reliable medical information by applying automatic learning technologies that help decision-making in clinical diagnostics.
Both the access and the use that can be made of the information and contents included in the search engine will be of the exclusive responsibility of whoever does it. Medical documents and functionalities are shown "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and therefore do not provide any diagnosis of medical conditions. THIS INFORMATION IS NOT INTENDED TO SUBSTITUTE FOR CLINICAL JUDGMENT OR TO GUIDE INDIVIDUAL PATIENT CARE IN ANY WAY.
The access to the complete information of all the sections will require the previous subscription or registration of the user and it is directed exclusively to collegiate doctors and students of Medicine. Consequently, by activating the service, the user declares that he or she has such a status. The impersonation, as well as the attribution of the quality of medical professional without possessing the corresponding academic title, constitutes a crime included in the Spanish Criminal Code that carries a penalty of up to 3 years in prison. The user name and password created for this purpose are identifiers and enablers to access their services and are personal and non-transferable.
DeepAIMed will be used in accordance with this legal notice, as well as in accordance with the provisions of law, morality, customs or public order. The user undertakes to use the search engine and the contents diligently, correctly and lawfully, and any action to the detriment of MEDLAB MEDIA GROUP SL S. L. is generally prohibited.
In particular, it is strictly forbidden to use DeepAIMed or the content you access for purposes that are unlawful or contrary to good faith and public order, or expressly prohibited in this Legal Notice, which are contrary to the interests of the service, its users or third parties.
Any form of exploitation, including, but not limited to, copying, distributing, transforming or modifying the contents accessed through the search engine, shall be considered strictly prohibited, unless the authorisation of the owner of the contents has been obtained or it is legally permitted.
All the data and statements included by the user in the registration forms, as well as the content of any other communication sent to MEDLAB MEDIA GROUP SL S. L. by any other means, must be truthful and exact, the user being in any case responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any possible damage caused by the information provided.
You are also obliged to diligently guard and maintain the confidentiality of your access password, being responsible for the use of this access key by third parties.
It is expressly prohibited to carry out any type of activity or practice that violates the principles of good conduct generally accepted among Internet users.
MEDLAB MEDIA GROUP SL S. L. reserves the right to deny access to and even delete the accounts of those users who are carrying out actions of this type, as well as any other that it considers contrary to current legislation.
By accepting this legal notice, you agree to receive the newsletter from Medlab Media Group on a continuous and regular basis. If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, an email request is expected to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
